I remember u quiet well for the small server i used to run from my pc.
But i dont support ur application for-
1. U are not really very regular on server or the forums.
2. U are a non steamer.( we do have plans to take non steamers in future as admins but not now)

Hope u understand..
Play more on server and buy steam..then we all admins will definately consider ur application
